The Northeast Oregon Economic Development District (NEOEDD) is a nonprofit organization that was established in 1985 by an intergovernmental agreement between Baker, Union, and Wallowa counties. Its mission is to provide resources and facilitate quality decision-making for the benefit of entrepreneurs, businesses, and communities in Northeast Oregon.

Training and Employment Consortium is a six county non-profit organization. We provide career training and job placement services to adults, youth, and seniors. We work with community, state, and federal partners to provide education, employment, and personal development opportunities to participants and clients. The Oregon SBDC Network is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Oregon Business Development Department, and other private and public partners, with Lane Community College serving as the Network’s lead host institution. Oregon SBDC services are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis. Language services are available for limited English proficient individuals.
